Hotel vicino a Moana Nui-a Kiwa Pool and Leisure Centre - Auckland

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Modern and well maintained property offering a good overnight option a short distance from Auckland Airport. Free breakfast not great but overall value was fine.”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“Great room for our first night in NZ. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“First extra charges were charged. I paid for breakfast on my booking and they said I did not. The room/hotel in general needs maintenance. Bedroom - stains on the rugs, ceiling paint was peeling off, bathroom sink was dirty. Staff was not helpful regarding the extra charges on breakfast, I paid again and when went down for breakfast the next day the staff said I did not pay. Very frustrating.”

“Comfortable”

“Good for a night near the airport... Not much else.”

“The room was spacious, clean and had good seating and a nice shower. The owner was lovely. The kitchen had everything you needed.”

“Room was clean and tidy wifi tv was not the greatest ”

“I pleaded during the time I stayed here with following: Shuttle bus is convenient and free for guests. Staff is helpful and cheerful Bar is outstanding with food and drinks. I had more than 2 dinners with fine and delicious dishes.”

“It was not clear on any of the booking that I had to additionally pay a $100 upon arrival. I had booked a double bed room and got two singles.”

“A very shabby room with stained furnishings, bedding and carpet. staff at reception were abrupt and unhelpful. An embarrassment!”

“The hotel was ok for a one night stay. I wouldn’t stay longer. With no elevator we had to lug our bags up the stairs to our room after a longer than expected chaotic trip to the hotel in the rain. Instructions for finding the free bus stop and catching the correct bus were very inadequate. Consequently we got on the wrong bus and needed to get alternate transport to our hotel. We had an early flight the next day but unfortunately, due to the time of year, fireworks being let off near the hotel...

“Parking options were great, staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Sì ci è doccia perfettamente funzionanti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, con navetta gratuita da e per aeroporto. La struttura avrebbe forse necessità di qualche manutenzione in più, ma va benissimo per una notte vicino all’aeroporto. Ci tornerei”
