Mi casa es su casa' is a Spanish expression, meaning my house is your house. As soon as you arrive at Ashani meaning Lightning you to feel instantly relaxed and at home. Framed by forrest reserve on 2 sides and stunning views overlooking the Blackwood River and Southern ocean to the East.
Our 2-storey home consists of 4 Queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs all with lockable sliding doors leading outside. With an expansive open living space, kitchen, dining, balcony, fireplace and toilet on the upper level there will be ample of space for all to enjoy and entertain.
The large weatherproof balcony is where you will spend many mornings watching the sunrise, enjoying a refreshing drink in the evening, cook up a storm on the BBQ and in winter by the fire appreciating the South-West Regions wines.
Ashani is perfect location - just a short 8-minute walk to Augusta town or a leisurely stroll down to Hardy Inlet walking along the Whale Trail to the Colour Patch for a delicious breakfast or evening meal.
Augusta offers an abundance of activities, breathtaking views, and natural beauty. It is the perfect destination for all ages and is an easy place to unwind, read a book, fish, kayak the Blackwood River or tackle a portion of the Cape to Cape. There are local hot spots that often get missed by tourists. We want you to discover these hidden gems and enjoy sharing these spots with you. Enjoy your time at Ashani.

good location and great views

House was spacious, great views across bay, easy to walk to river and town, quiet location. clean, good games and puzzles, nice outside space upstairs to sit.

Beautiful property with Great views

Ashani house is beautifully maintained inside and out. Huge balcony on the second story over looking the Blackwood river and ocean. Very spacious and lots of room for friends and family. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Augusta.

Home away from home

The home and view is spectacular, that took our breath away from the get go. All the kids agreed that this house is much better than our own ones. But in addition to that, everything within the home was also beyond our expectations. The home was clean and extremely well appointed, we were able to cook and move around with nothing spared. What really blew our minds was things like bathroom products, kitchen maintenance products, books and games, crockery, firewood and everything in between - even two separate vacuums. We literally wanted for nothing and we felt spoiled with what was available to us. Plenty of space for the eight of us. We hope to be back again some day.
