“Sent this to management after we checked in- no response to date. Afternoon-my friends and I have been planning the trip for awhile and looking forward to a break from work to see Texas for the first time. Sharing that our check-in was less than pleasant and the front desk guy was completely rude and short with us. We happened to get in slightly early from our flights from NY and after getting our rental car went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early if possible. We were told no,...

“Nice place - just tiny bummers like the gym being closed for renovation, room coffee maker was on the fritz and room faced the parking lot with some seriously bright lights (fixed with curtains fully drawn). Overall, nice folks and clean room.”

“The property is in a good location, surrounded by countless restaurants and shopping. The property itself, however, had a horrific smell that they tried to cover up with air freshening devices. The swimming pool was absolutely dirty and smell like urine, I don’t know why they don’t maintain a better it’s a great amenity.”

“The property was never able to check me in. The property stated that the virtual card that Expedia sends them was not working. Terrible experience, still yet to receive my refund. ”

“Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised.”

“My room was close to the lobby and I regretted it. You could clearly hear people having fun playing pool late into the night. If you stay there, stay as far as you can from the lobby. ”

“This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was located at the center of all of the restaurants and shops in the Domain and it felt like an upscale experience the whole time. Staff was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Austin!”
