“The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills.”

“When I booked the hotel from Expedia, the listing said the parking was free. Then I checked-in to the hotel & the hotel charged me parking fee. The manager refused to give me a refund. I was charged for Wifi even though hotel staff assured me I won't be charged for it since I used free wifi during my stay. This hotel pushes false charges on customers after they check-in. “Michael, the receptionist, was great! Very helpful and kind. The room was clean and to our liking. Property was clean and taken care of. Great location and parking was no trouble and free. Would stay here while in Austin, everytime. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, we especially enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen. The breakfast had great options to choose from each morning, including Texas shaped waffles. My family was very comfortable here!”

“Siamo rinato altri 2 giorno in più alla prenotazione e non so sono preoccupati di pulire la camera una volta. Mai cambiato le lenzuola e pure gli asciugamano. Mai svuotato i cestini. Siamo rinato senza carta igienica senza sapone e senza shampoo ..... non credo meriti più di quello che abbiamo votato. Brutto posto.”

“Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”
