The Space:

This stunning home, minutes from Downtown Austin, has just undergone a complete renovation and remodel inspired by the aesthetics of Palm Springs. With a sparkling pool and hot tub, a fire pit for those cooler nights, and an amazing Austin location, you'll never want to check out of this luxurious getaway! 5 minutes from Downtown Austin, 10 minutes from the airport.



LIVING ROOM: The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. The spacious and vibrant living space is adorned with a whimsical mural and offers plenty of seating. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV which offers cable + streaming.  



KITCHEN: The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 10.  



BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms and a full size bathroom on the first floor. Just up the stairs, is the loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV. There are also 2 full bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the second floor.

LOCATION: Not only is this home full of amenities, but it's also perfectly located for the ultimate Austin adventure. Just 5 minutes from downtown Austin and 10 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading!



THINGS TO NOTE



1) This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).



3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.



4) Pets are NOT permitted.



5) The driveway can park 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available



6) The pool heats to 85 degrees can be heated for a fee of $200/day (plus tax).
