16+ guests can sleep comfy, no bunk beds here. Relax at this centrally-located gem with a backyard oasis equipped with fans, grills, spacious furniture, hot tub and a sauna to melt your stress. The casita has a variety of exercise equipment.

High-end finishes from quartzite countertops to marble baths . Enjoy the spacious leather furniture and make memories.

The house can accommodate a large group, unwind in the expansive common areas. Enjoy every detail of the high-end finish from quartzite countertops to marble baths.
The space
We designed every square inch of the property with guest comfort in mind. It's a home with simple but elegant features throughout. Originally built in the 50's, this home was renovated to bring it to today's standards while maintaining features of the original home such as the brick exterior and picture windows in the front.

The backyard provides a comfortable place to spend time with family and friends. Grilling, enjoying the hot tub or having some drinks with friends in the secluded back yard, while the oscillating fans provide some relief from our hot summers and the AstroTurf keep your feet dirt free.

The infrared sauna is a unique feature of this space. Designed to provide relaxation while still being social as it can accommodate up to 6 people in the sauna. Let your body enjoy the benefits of the infrared heat.

The casita/ flex space can be used as you see fit. WFH, yoga studio or hang out spot for the younger members of your group. Equipped with AC/Heat, wifi, and a TV, the couch folds down into a cozy/smaller queen size bed. The blackout velvet curtains provide privacy as needed.

The open floor interior is spacious while allowing groups to enjoy time together. Beams are natural cedar throughout the home. Luxury vinyl and slate tile will greet you in the common areas.

Order take out from a favorite local spot or cook a gourmet meal on the Zline appliances.

The kitchen countertops are made from a very special Brazilian stone called Quartzite - It comes from similar depths as diamonds - therefore the natural veining and compression of the stone.

Bathrooms are spa inspired with marble and Spanish tile. The master bathroom offers multiple shower heads including a large rain shower and a tub big enough to fit my family.

I played a key role in the design and construction of the home. I truly hope you enjoy this home as much as we do.

Perfect house for a group trip

This house was great for a weekend trip with 4 people. It can sleep a lot more, as long as people are comfortable sharing rooms. The extra amenities were really cool, and the host communicated quickly and kindly at all times. Only key point is that the driveway only holds two cars, so plan around that.
