Salta la tua mattinata con la tua scelta di tè o caffè Keurig in omaggio dal bar del salotto e sprofondi nel divano. Dotato di pavimenti in piastrelle, un sacco di arredamento rustico a tema deserto e arredi di fascia alta, ti innamori rapidamente di questo layout caldo e accogliente di questo condominio!

I giorni che non vengono spesi visitando il centro di Austin sono sfruttati al meglio godendo dei numerosi servizi di prima qualità disponibili all'interno dell'isola sul lago di Travis. Not an Island

First off like the title says the condos are no longer on an island. The Colorado River is so low that there is water only on one side. Secondly, this condo is NOT on the river side (hence, not much of a view). The condo is okay but really showing it's age. The kitchen was poorly stocked (e.g. silverware, pots and pans). Sadly our weather was cold during our stay and the indoor hot tub was out of order. I wouldn't recommend this condo for the price.

Very pleasant stay!

The place was just like the pics and very clean. We had a 3 night stay and had a good time by the pool and venturing into the restaurants near by. Overall a great family trip.

The Island Lake Travis

The condo is Great! Well stocked and clean! Our issue was the elevator being out of service and there was no access to stairs without going through the pool area that we could find anyway. I would not recommend this property to anyone who is elderly or handicap.

Our whole family loved this property, and we traveled with 4 teenagers! They loved having their own space upstairs and the sleeping area was fun and comfy. I was worried about the top bunk beds being big enough because they look small in the photos, but they were perfect! My husband and I were just as happy with our room. Nice, big king-sized bed with a large fan and a perfect walk-in closet with a vanity. The inviting decor and cleanliness of the townhome made us feel right at home. My favorite part was that the pool, which is literally steps from the front door and partly visible from the living room window. It is surrounded by trees and bushes that provide great shade in the morning and evening. The hosts were just wonderful! They provided info about the area as soon as we made the reservation and it was all accurate and very helpful. We tried several of the recommended places to visit and loved each one. Our favorite was the members only picnic area by the lake. We spent hours there swimming and fishing. We also loved the area surrounding the townhome, the shopping options, and the fact that Marble Falls is only 15 minutes away. So easy to get what we needed. Overall it was a fantastic family trip and this property was a great part of it!

Dirty with inaccurate pictures

This is a very beautiful location however the home was unkept and very dirty! In the first room the listing states there is a full over full bunkbed and a queen size bed. However there was only a queen and one full bed. The queen bed is broken and the head of the bed is on the floor. The full bed is very wobbly and unsteady. There was not a room within this home that was clean. There were used red cups on the floor, sanitary napkin wrappers on the floor in the restroom, the bed sheet had dead bugs and hair on them, the refrigerator had old, molded vegetables left inside with a horrid smell. This place is very dusty, outdated, and it's clear the owners do not care about the upkeep. It's very unfortunate because the location is breathtaking!

Beautiful Decorated Condo

A lovely Mediterranean decorated condo with a Texan theme as accents. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. The outdoor patio was wonderful to enjoy sitting outdoors and viewing the wildlife. The resort architecture design, the outdoor pools and indoor recreation were a bonus to our stay. Could use a deep cleaning before new guests arrive.

Views for days, meets expectations

The place was the perfect location in hill country for a relaxing girls trip. We were able to enjoy the peaceful pool, the abundance of deer that roamed the property, and the comfortable beds. We stayed for 5 days and made day trips to Fredrickberg, hiked the grotto, visited distilleries (Treaty Oak and Round Mountain) and enjoyed the sunset at The Oasis in Austin. It was within an hour of a bunch of activities but we were also able to have alone days at the pool with views. Will stay again. On our way back to the airport we stopped in downtown Austin and we were so glad we didn’t stay there. The only downsides to the condo was that the light in the guest bedroom didn’t turn on with the switch (had to pull the cord on the fan) and the light in the master bedroom’s connected bathroom was stuck on. There were a few minor repairs that needed fixed like door handles but nothing major. We also received a set of directions on evolve that was different than Hilda’s instructions so at times it was confusing. We noticed on the last day there was a key on the counter and then wondered it if went to the doors we parked by with paddle boards. But weren’t sure. Overall, great stay. Would recommend.

Disappointed Villa

The villa was dirty and the bed was not safe. The window in small bedroom was super dirty, mini blinds have not been dusted in months, chips, dust, dirty socks under bed, and the bunk bed was wobbly. Not stable or safe. We were unable to use it. The fridge had not been cleaned out and was defrosted. The fridge took 24 hours to cool our food. I lost 5 bags of breast milk because freezer was off prior to checking in. The kitchen drawers, utensils and counters were dirty. Messy drawers, no order and hard to find things for cooking. There was ants all over villa, in kitchen, on stove, in both bedrooms and both bathrooms. I called right away to report it and no one came by. The top of the fridge has never been cleaned. Mats in bathrooms were dirty and had long hair. I have been coming to the villas for over 7 years and we chose this place because of the bright colors, paintings and the decorations but I never imagined such a dirty villa. I spoke to the lady in charge right away and she was suppose to get a hold of owners and we stayed three days and no one came to check the villa or offer to help out. The bed was suppose to be used and we got stuck sleeping on a flat, uncomfortable couch. By the way, under the couch there were crayons, chips and trash. I asked for the cleaning deposite back and some money back for the inconvenience of the unsafe bed. I got no response. Truly dissatisfied and disappointing.

Perfect Getaway

Property is beautiful. Feeding the deer was one of the highlights of the granbabies stay. Would recommend that check in/out instructions emailed from evolve get updated as there is a lot of incorrect information from what is emailed to information Hilda sent through text.

Spectacular Resort

This was a beautiful resort! I really think anyone giving it a negative review is just overly picky. Could not find anything to complain about. Would stay again in a heartbeat! It was beautiful and everything was smooth!

Relaxing location out of the way

Great spot, easy to find and plenty relaxing. Upstairs neighbor a little bit stompy at weird hours but nothing too bad and certainly not enough to cause heartache. Very clean. Very homey. Beds comfortable. Showers hot. Everything we needed for our stay.

Great place to come. I bit far from other entertainment. Could use a deep cleaning & touch ups. Nicely decorated with a lovely Texan vibe. Plenty of room. Communication about the water shut off should have been better! Entering the area could also have been communicated better as the codes were not correct. Loved the peacefulness & wildlife. Would absolutely return!

There was trash left from the previous guest and cigarette butts left on the ground on the patio.

Other than the ant infestation and no wifi I had a great time I would definitely do again with ant spray.

Great property at a great location

My friends really enjoyed the property. It was in such a beautiful location. The amenities were fantastic. The only feedback we would give is it was hard to get into the property since the gate code in the message wouldn't work. I would request the owner to let the guests know to search her name in the directory to have her open the gate. The property also needs a little bit of cleaning too. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there with friends.

Disappointed

Unfortunately they did not do a deep cleaning the shower and cookware was not clean. Towels were old and dingy (over used)The maintenance of the property was poor our elevator, washing machine and a/c in one room did not function and spider webs everywhere also the gas grill didn’t work . Overall unsatisfied

Short getaway

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. There are some things the stood out. When we arrived all the bath lines were wet. Over all the estate needs to pressure wash the outside. The spider webs were horrible around the building and balcony. The bunk bed was not sturdy enough for us to use the top bunk.
