Hot water stopped after 5 minutes when I was in shower then became totally cold water while my body was full of soap. Without choice, I had to under the cold water to wash the soap off my body. “First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....
