“Get whatcha pay for. It’s usually half of the other hotels nearby - took 15 minutes for someone to come with key for me because room given had not been cleaned - like it had been recently used was not the queen selected. Then he made it sound like he was doing me a big favor upgrading to a king when I was alone anyway and just don’t want a room that hadn’t been cleaned and refreshed after a guest stayed there. Breakfast was just adequate and the general condition of hotel was mediocre.”

“Front desk staff very friendly and informative. Told us about many of the amenities at the hotel as well as what was available in the surrounding local area. Rooms were very clean. Overall hotel was very clean and modern. Including breakfast and cookies and coffee in the lobby.”

“Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. ”

“We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around.”

“C'è stato un grosso malinteso nella fase di checkin, quando ci è stata assegnata una camera già occupata (per fortuna le luci erano accese e le tende aperte, altrimenti avremmo fatto irruzione in una camera occupata), e poi una camera la cui serratura non funzionava. “We had to switch hotels at last minute and booked our room here the same day we needed it. We booked a King suite with a sofa bed but upon checking in we were informed that they did have any rooms like that left. So they comped us an extra room. It was not an ideal situation, but we made it work. Staff was friendly and apologetic about the situation. Hotel and room was clean and modern and in an area convienent to the baseball fields that we needed to get to.”

“We got to the property late so we were unable to use the pool. The room we had did not have a shade for the window so we had to change our clothes in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great! Good breakfast in the morning.”

“This was an amazing room. Very spacious and well done. I liked not having a key and being able to check in myself. I didnt ask for any services while I was there but they texted me to ask each day, which was also convenient. Parking was not a problem for me, but bc it is an old building (tons of cool charm!) There are stairs to get in which may nit work.for everyone. Lovely stay. I will stay again at next year's conference.”

“The only good thing about the property was the hot water worked great. It took three trys to get a room that didn't smell of urine or cigarette smoke. The room was noisy and the bed was uncomfortable. The free breakfast did not provide coffee because the attending person could not understand the process of making coffee. I am 76 and it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.”
