Our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom remodeled duplex is all about its private amenities including a fully-fenced yard for privacy as you enjoy the private hot tub, deck, fire pit, and beautiful mountain weather! You'll have the whole family hanging out in the kitchen with its spacious design and luxury appliances. Being 2,500 sq. ft., this home is great place to host a gathering for the family or friends.

Right out the back gate sits a bus stop to both Vail and Beaver Creek, as well as the bike path leading to Vail, Avon, and Edwards. There is beautiful walking access down the bike path to great fly fishing on the Eagle River and great mountain biking from the house. The shops and restaurants in Avon are a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
