“Although the rooms were clean and quiet and the staff cordial the continental breakfast was almost non existent and lacked any eggs, meat or hot foods, although there was coffee. In summary, the cafeteria was open but not patronized by few if any guests.”

“The hotel is unique and takes u back in time. The room was large but that may have been because it was a deluxe king room. The room was quiet. We asked for the quiet side of the hotel which faces away from the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bella on the front desk was very helpful as was the manager. The location was good with restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as others close by. I would recommend it as a place to stay when visiting the Niagara region.”

“It’s very nice and quiet, except the first night we stayed ( Saturday) There were young kids there for some kind of tournament and the hotel allowed them to noisily run and holler in the hall past our room until 11pm even though we called the front desk several times. We had driven a long way and were tired. Couldn’t get to sleep because of it yet the front desk person allowed it until 11 pm.”

“Rooms were mouldy, some floors reeked of cigarette smoke, the roof and stairwells leaked, and buckets were placed around the hotel to catch the water. Air quality is so poor that it cannot be healthy.”

“The Wi-Fi was useless to stream anything. It only able to receive & send email.”

“The property is adequate if you need a place to sleep. Overall the house aesthetic is very stark. Amenities are basic. Don’t count on finding things like wine glasses. ”
