“Air conditioning / heating need some improvement ”

“We stayed for one night. I had read all the reviews and was not disappointed. The room was spacious and clean. The views were lovely and close to everything we needed I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m in the area Even offered some morning snacks before we hit the road ”

“Not the closest hotel to stay at if visiting Niagra Falls but not terribly inconvenient either. Stayed in the loft. Has kitchen and minimal kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils. But no soap or dish towels for cleaning. Staff does do that but it is nice to keep kitchen clean instead of piling up dishes. Simple things like salt and pepper would be nice. Bathroom is odd as it is open literally to livingroom through two "windows". One has blinds and the other...just an open hole in the wall. Pull out...

“Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view of the locks was incredible, and watching ships pass through was such a unique experience - could view right from your own balcony. The inn is older but clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. Friendly staff made check-in easy and welcoming.”

“Room was great and clean. Staff were amazing and personable. $7 a day for parking is annoying as the parking lot is massive and shred with what I believe are dormatories for Brock University. ”

“I came to stay at this hotel to have my car stolen from the parking lot in front of the main entrance and nobody saw nothing. They didn’t even offered me nothing while dealing with the robbery of my vehicle. ”

“Staff were friendly. Room decor on 3rd floor was very interesting, whoever the interior decorator was, needs to find a new career. Bed was comfortable, had a great sleep. Hairs in bathtub. Didnt use it. Nice that breakfast is included but the scrambled eggs were wet, cold, and did not taste like eggs. No bacon, only sausage. Very poor breakfast selections. Did not use the pool or gym but they looked ok, not big. Good place to stay for 1 night, just passing through.”

“Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift. Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience.”
