“Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bed very comfortable. Easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. Fantastic location and free parking were all pluses. Surprisingly quiet considering it's closeness to the QEW. My only negative was an issue with the flusher on the toilet. It didn't work but I managed to fix that. I did call for maintenance so hopefully it's fixed for the next guests. All staff were great in my experience. I'm looking at returning in July.”

“Great clean and spacious room. Friendly and kind staff, Specially Gustavo at the front desk. He made our stay and the check-in very easy and fast. We had a flat tire and he helped us to find an open garage service on time. He was very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the coffee and tea table, you can have it at any time. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Overall we had an amazing family time. We all loved the hotel. We will come back for sure.”

“It’s an OK Hotel. You get whatever you pay. The heater was OK and the AC was good too, overall it’s OK.”

“It’s very nice and quiet, except the first night we stayed ( Saturday) There were young kids there for some kind of tournament and the hotel allowed them to noisily run and holler in the hall past our room until 11pm even though we called the front desk several times. We had driven a long way and were tired. Couldn’t get to sleep because of it yet the front desk person allowed it until 11 pm.”

“The room was smaller than I expected. When it said 'seating area,' I definitely thought it would be more than a chair stuck in the corner beside the blowing air conditioner. It was quiet which was great. I would not stay there again.”

“The late night staff at the hotel was amazing, he did whatever he could to make our stay a little better. Unfortunately the day staff was angry and not helpful at all. There was always an excuse or reason as to why she could not do anything. We even witnessed her yelling at a family in the pool. The hotel was unbearably hot and unfortunately smelled quite bad. I am sure in its prime this space was great but it has definitely started to fall apart. Very sad.”
