“They stole my money. I paid for a night due to bad weather from the airline i booked. It was deducted and the hotel claimed they never saw my payment even after showing them my receipt of payment and the deduction from my personal banking acct . I called Expedia they promised to help but never refunded my money . I had to make a payment again . ”

“Parking was fine. Breakfast was fine. The room condition was poor. The room was very dim. One bedside lamp not working and poor light from the other bedside lamp and desk lamp. No floor lamp by chair and the only overhead light by the door took a while to warm up to full brightness. The tub had obviously been refinished and was badly peeling in multiple places.
