“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”

“Our first room had a broken tv, we had a king and was switched to a queen, we get to the room and its two double beds. I’m disabled and this is an issue for me since there was barely space between the beds and the table in the room. There was exposed wires where there should’ve been a smoke detector, mold in the fridge, exposed worded above the shower, unswept floors and that’s barely half of it. We finally got switched and the room was a queen but the toilet barely flushed, was constantly...
