“The property states they are 5.93 miles from Ilani Casino. As a bird flys it is traveling in a CAR it is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the casino. We booked the Beat Western based on it being 5.93 driving miles away. We were on the phone for an hour getting this canceled and refunded. Please fix this on the website. “Albèrgo nuovo, situato in zona strategica vicino le principali arterie. Stanza grande, servizio quasi inesistente, pulizia poca... Addirittura la stanza è stata pulita 2 volte in 6 giorni, così come il cambio biancheria”

“When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked...

“Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly. Stairways smelled of old food and carpets needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was basic. Overall experience was decent and we felt safe. If you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep and shower this is a good option.”
