“I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away.”

Peccato solo per i rumori del cantiere vicino che ci hanno svegliato all’alba. Ad ogni modo sono stato attento e gentili perché ci hanno fatto un piccolo sconto per tale disagio.”

“Albergo molto bello e con ottima posizione. A beneficio di altri utenti, è importante sottolineare quanto scritto da un altro utente in merito al parcheggio. Appena girato l’angolo sulla Bedford rd, si trova un green P parking (municipal parking), con un costo molto conveniente per Toronto (non oltre i 24 CAD per le 24 h). E, soprattutto, con accesso diretto alla lobby di questo albergo.”

“We arrived very late (11:30pm) after a 2 hour flight delay from London. We had a nice welcome from Claude and our room was very spacious, clean and with all the necessary extras. The bed was a great size and really comfortable just what we needed after a really long day. The entrance interior is lovely with great artwork from the 7 famous Canadian artists. We just wish we could have stayed longer but our grandchildren were waiting! Thank you UCoT keep up the great work and we will be back.”

“Great location to Koerner Hall and the corner of Ave & Bloor where I had to be. Very quiet room... even with the window open and construction next door. Nice strong coffee in the morning. Muffins were OK, not great.”

“Staffs are the best. They ready to help and solve every problem. However, bathrooms and change rooms are separated. So, it is inconvenient. You can use washer and dryer if you stay at least 3 nights and the cost is $20. ”

“PROS- We stayed for two nights. The staff was polite. Located 1 km away from the Rogers Centre. Our room itself (#21) was very clean, updated and makes use of every square foot to create storage. We had a Queen size bed that was very comfortable and 4 pillows. It also had a small fridge. We had a large window with a view of Beverley Street going up. There are plenty of eateries within a 400m radius, a pharmacy and an LCBO across the street. The bathroom was however quite spacious in comparison...
