“This is my 4th stay at the hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. It is a nice, stylish hotel and convenient to the subway, the university and Yorkville. It is starting to show some wear and tear though so I hope they do some updating or renovations soon. Even just replacing the carpeting in the rooms with hardwood would be perfect. I will continue to stay here as it is the closest hotel to visit my family. ”

“Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.”

Also the host (Anish) was very helpful with providing storage options for our luggage and helping with the quick check-in and check-out process.

"We stayed at this large hotel located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Our upgraded room—one of the superior rooms with two comfortable double beds—was clean, spacious, and pleasant. Originally, we had booked a room with a single double bed, but upon check-in, we found a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Aside from that issue, we were quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering the location and service."
