“Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,...

“We stayed over the weekend in a family room. The pub nearby was very loud and the noise kept us awake until 3am. The male receptionist was very helpful with our queries and checkin. The hotel facility was dated but it was acceptable for one night accommodation. Location is great, next to Roselind park and everything. However not recommended for light sleepers. 我们住了周六一晚，楼下酒吧音乐噪音一直吵到3点，睡眠高需求者慎选。前台男生态度很好，另一个女生态度就一般。酒店位置很好，就在市中心，百年老酒店里面设施也就那样，不能期待太高。”

“Good location on main road. Staff friendly and helpful at checkin. Room big with queen bed and 1 single. Very quiet, apparently a bus arrived over night, no noise from other guests. A bit dated, but clean with good bed and comfy mattress. TV seemed to only work for streaming services, not free to air. Good access to free wifi. Overall good value for money.”

“The hotel was perfect for my short trip away as a solo traveller. The room was great. It was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The shower was a decent size and the water was nice and hot and the pressure was great. The fan in the bathroom was good. The location was very good. Close to the station and bus stops and plenty of shops attractions and restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay there again ”
