Hotel a Baldwin Place

“This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.”

“The location is perfect for families visiting West Point for Reporting Day or any academy event. Parking was easy and free, the rates were very affordable, and the delicious hot breakfast included each morning made our stay an even better value. We also loved the unlimited coffee and tea available in the lobby—it was a wonderful touch that we looked forward to every day. A special thank you to Stella at the front desk and the entire team for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable....

“They have problem with the water. Unable to take a bath, brush your teeth or use the toilet. They promised us a 50% discount for the inconvenience. How do we get our 50% back?”

“The room was dirty, I found hair in my bed. When I went to take a shower I saw several bugs climb out of the wall.”

“Room didn tlook like photos on website. mgmgt offered me a room located over a liquor store not park of the main property of the motel. Took awile for the ac unit to cool the room. it was an older model a/c unit but when i came back to the room hours after turning it on it was nice and cool in the room. Bed was clean shower was clean for the price it was okay.”

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”
