“Room is not nice I was fooled by the photos. Our room looked nothing like our tiny room. Park way at the back. Stairs were wet and I ended up falling. Stairs to upstairs long and narrow. Worse was the evening staff. She did not care that I fell. Did not care I lost my license and refused to accept my husband’s.
Morning was better, breakfast was good and the staff was much nicer. I won’t book here again.”

“The rooms were extraordinary clean 😀. The only complete and concern I have is front staff. one person answering phones and serving public as we came in. There needs to be more than one staff at the front desk. Phone calls were not answered or returned for over an hour at one point. ”

“You have to use a code to enter the building to check in. That should have been our first sign that the property was not safe. Our truck was broken into while staying there. They smashed out or window even though nothing was left in the cab. Didnt feel safe staying there anymore and the hotel refused to refund the last night of our stay. filed a police report and they said it happens all the time in that area. also th bed was VERY uncomfortable...”

“I have stayed at conventional hotels in the past, but they were full for the dates of this conference, so found the hotel through Expedia. My next trip - I'll be back there. The rooms are spacious. It is quiet. The breakfast is lovely, (but doesn't start until 8 a.m.) The staff go out of their way to be helpful. The bed was comfortable. It is close to mst things down town. Highly recommended.”
