“If you book through expedia or other sites, make sure you provide your HHonors number at check in or they will refuse to print a receipt for you. I had to complain with the customer service twice before the hotel emailed the stay receipt via email. Something they refused to do at check out, because I did not book on their website. The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is friendly and professional. The wifi is fast, if compared with other hampton inn, the gym is very good, rooms are spacious....

Very nice room, comfortable bed, spacious, with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace available. A beautiful view of the river right outside our door. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“The staff was amazing, Nicole at the bar was the best, the food was spectacular, the room was super clean and very spacious. Shuttle service was on point. We will be staying here moving forward every time we fly out of Providence. Already told all our friends about it. ”
