“I stayed at this hotel for four days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was finding roaches in my room, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and this alone would make me think twice about returning.

“Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to.
