“This was top tier. Complimentary Valet service. They parked my car and unpacked the car and took the bags to the room and unpacked. We ordered a grocery delivery and they brought the bags up to the room. When we left, they came up to load the luggage cart and they packed the car.”

“My stay at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve been searching for the perfect hotel in Myrtle Beach for years, and I finally found it this place is a champion. Although it is a bit expensive, it is absolutely worth it. The atmosphere made my husband and me feel like we were on a relaxing island getaway. Everything from the service to the overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

“Nice resort. We stayed in one bed ocean view unit. #527. The HVAC was poorly designed. One small vent in bedroom. The living area would be cold, bedroom not getting enough air and stayed hot. If it was running you were cold in there but as soon as it cut off it would get hot.”

“well, first of all the pool was closed, and there was no notification of that before the room was booked second of all there was constructiong going on in the room either next to our room in Tower one started at eight and was going on until around 4 o’clock, I didn’t book the room to listen to someone do demolition. I booked a room for rest and relaxation. I think in the future when you’re gonna have someone doing construction, you should at least let the guest know before they book the room....

“My first trip to Myrtle Beach has been wonderful! Dong Shirley, Michelle, Leo, and the entire housekeeping crew have been fantastic. I’m truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose.
