“Very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful! The resort is beautiful! Only issue was that they held the $250 deposit for almost a week after checkout.”

“My room door was locked but there was a gap at the bottom of the door, I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door. The door was a little shaky when I locked it. The hotel didn’t have mildew smell. The cleaning lady that work the 24-25 was nice and polite. The breakfast was a 2.”

“Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. ”

“Place was amazing. Condo is very spacious with a full kitchen and laundry is a plus. Accessible to shops, dining options, and especially the beach. We enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend.”

“Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.”

“Our room overlooked the pool, lazy river and the beach. We had a fantastic time, but there wasnt time to do it all. Next stay will be longer with higher potential for warmer weather. Great location fir fun, food and a variety of entertainment, in addition to a great beach.”

“The property in the guest areas were good. The hotel room we were assigned was dated, the t.v. was small with a universal remote which was difficult to turn on and off. We went down to the enjoy one of the hot tubs around 9:00pm and the water was freezing. ”
