“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“L’hotel si trovano in una zona centrale e non è nuovissimo, anche se le condizioni non sono così male. Nella camera c’era odore di naftalina. La cosa che ho apprezzato di meno era il fatto che la camera non veniva pulita giornalmente, ma bisognava richiedere che il personale venisse a sistemarla. Inoltre la colazione non era un granché: poca scelta sia di cose calde che di cose fredde.”

“We had such an amazing stay at Aloft in Savannah, Georgia. The staff were so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Deanna at the front desk. Location: The hotel is conveniently located next to many of the Savannah squares. It’s also within a 15 minute walk to the River which is such a plus. The river streets can get a bit busy and noisy so it’s nice to be within walking distance but not too close. We were also very close to Broughton St, about 6 minutes, and that’s where there are a lot of...
