“This hotel was wonderful! Just keep in mind it’s in the center of a busy square with at least one night club so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. They do provide a noise machine and overall the stay was great”

“This propert is pretty good. The only items that ahould be reviewed. 1) for the smoking area, additional filtration should be added to avoid the odor reaching the room. 2) for no apparent reason we were locked out of our room. Staff had to call a locksmith and they too do not know why the main deadbolt was locked. Staff chalked it up to a possable ghost( if you believe in that). Staff was great about the issuse and had us backin with in an hour. ”

“This was our first stay at The Alida, but certainly won’t be the last. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be accommodating, and full of knowledge, and warm personalities. Record player in the room was solid! The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower pressure could have been better; but if that’s the only minor inconvenience…then so be it. On site dining and cocktails, top tier. Location, on point. We will absolutely be back. Cheers ”

“Valet was good, breakfast was very good with a variety. Felt very safe as you needed a room key to use the elevators. ”

“Embassy Suites is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Savannah. The suite we had was very spacious, comfortable and most importantly quiet. The hotel itself was lovely and in a perfect location and the staff were all incredibly nice. ”

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“L’hotel si trovano in una zona centrale e non è nuovissimo, anche se le condizioni non sono così male. Nella camera c’era odore di naftalina. La cosa che ho apprezzato di meno era il fatto che la camera non veniva pulita giornalmente, ma bisognava richiedere che il personale venisse a sistemarla. Inoltre la colazione non era un granché: poca scelta sia di cose calde che di cose fredde.”
