“The breakfast was fantastic. The facilities were immaculate and beautiful. We did have some issues: 1. We had a major medical issue the morning after check in and my call to the front desk was handled efficiently, resulting in my friend being transported by squad to Memorial Hospital and admitted. She was a patient for 2 days and we subsequently spent the remainder of our stay in our hotel room. At no time did the staff or anyone in management contact us to follow up and inquire about my...

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“Pool area was not maintained. Weeds growing ,chairs not arraigned some what stacked on each other,leaves piled in the corners, broken and not working light fixtures. Key reader in elevator did not work. Trash in lobby was not emptied for 2 days. Toilet paper holder in room fell apart. Could go on. When you mention these kind of things to employees they will always say I will tell management. Does it get fixed ,don't know. It's details like this that leave bad impressions with most people.”

“Best note for the location: perfect. The girl at the reception at the check-in day very useful in a busy time: the labur day weekend. The woman at the breakfast doing her best, as the housekeeping stuff too i guess. 2 big bed: the room and the building themselves, well, i didn't except for the best for a reasonable price. Very interesting the "concierge" service: never seen a concierge like that one.. ghost would be more interactive..”

“We loved the family suite size! Enough beds for the two kids and my husband and I. Unfortunately, this property is in a stinky industrial part of town. The whole are reeks of rotten egg. The room was a great size, but we didn't have enough towels for the number of people in our party, and the room was advertised with breakfast, but at 730 it's still was not ready. Also, our TV didn't work and we had to physically go to the desk instead of call to get it fixed. But they did fix it! And the...

“STAY AWAY….Photos are misleading and the facility is unsecured. Looks as if people are living at the facility. Made the mistake of trying to open the wrong room and was able to open the room. When we arrived to our room it was musty and the floor was coming up due to moisture. The place was in disrepair compared to the photo listed. We spent less than 10 minutes before retuning the room cards and leaving.”

“This was the most uncomfortable accommodations Ive ever stayed in. The beds were so uncomfortable I could barely sleep. The couch had almost no back, so watching TV was not relaxing at all. There was no place to sit and work, no place to put suitcases - it was a modern, minimalist mess that photographed really well for the listing.
