Beach Break - Barwon Heads

This expandable home is perfectly located in the heart of Barwon Heads on a quiet street with a reserve and a children's playground close by. The restaurants, cafes, shops and beach are all within walking distance so you can leave your car in the double garage and enjoy delightful Barwon Heads.

This spacious and versatile home sleeps up to 12 (bedding included for 8 only, please see details below), ideal for families or groups of friends. It has two living areas, plus an extra TV room that easily converts into an extra twin room, and complements the four existing bedrooms (see configuration below). There are 2.5 bathrooms. One with a bathtub, one shower room and one ensuite.
The newly landscaped back garden is fully enclosed and private with undercover alfresco dining and lounge area - perfect for morning coffee or barbeque lunch.

From the wide, welcoming entrance hall and throughout, the rooms are bright, inviting, relaxed and functional. The newly equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, a microwave and dishwasher and dining for up to 12 people. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Comfortable beds provide ideally for 8 guests, extending to 10 or 12 with pull out trundles..

1 Twin Bedroom (2 single beds, one with trundle)

All linen and towels are included for eight guests ONLY, additional linen for up to four extra single beds will be BYO please.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

A great space

This was a great house to stay in for our family. The only criticism we had was that the bedrooms are quite warm even at night on our summer stay without any evaporative cooling or air conditioning in them which made sleeping a little uncomfortable.This property had a lot of positives for us though. It being all on one level was fantastic. The bedroom sizes and bedding arrangements are generous, as was the open space living areas and backyard. All the furniture was comfortable and well-presented and the amenities/goods in the house were more than adequate. Everything appeared newly renovated which was very pleasant and it was close to the local beach and shops/parks.Thank-you for the opportunity to stay in this nice property.

Pleasant short stay

We came down for a short and sharp couple of days down by the ocean. The property is a reasonably short drive (and walkable, weather permitting) to the beaches of Barwon Heads, and the main street. It was a very comfortable stay and the house was clean and well stocked. Would stay again.
