Premium room with awesome view, but quite small and rather "wilted". Not all staff equally friendly and patient with non English proficient guests. Breakfast was the lowest point: poor variety of food and beverages, all cheaper hotels we stayed in during our trip in California did much better. Continental breakfast? I wonder what...

“Location eccellente e punto di forza della struttura. Il personale, salvo delle rare eccezioni, è stato poco sorridente e poco Guest oriented. Il receptionist che ci ha fatto il check out è stato bravo e disponibile e anche il signore che ci ha aiutato in quel momento con i bagagli. Devo ammettere che non trovare caffè, bollitore e dell’acqua di cortesia in camera è stata una bruttissima sorpresa. Queste amenities ci sono in hotel di categoria inferiore ormai ovunque.
