“W is in a very congested area of Sf. Finding the valet was difficult and then your car is parked somewhere, but I’m uneasy about not knowing. Getting the car back system didn’t work for me. I used the QR code on my claim check, texted the number provided and and asked for the car to be ready in 20-25 mins. Checked out 20 mins later, no car. Valet said that he received no text.
