“This truly felt like a home away from home for us! Me and my girls were in between moving in and out of different homes and spent 10 nights here - It was perfect and what we needed during the transition! Being right on the water was a dream come true - especially the views waking up first thing in the morning and then around sunset. The owner, Carlos was very quick to answer any questions we had and quick to help with anything we needed. My girls LOVED the hot tub, it was very clean and always...

“Erin was fantastic and the house was everything we could wish for. Very comfortable, well stocked with everything you might need, and great location very close to fantastic beaches on Lake Michigan as well as beautiful nature preserves along M119 (tunnel of trees). We loves sitting on the back deck watching a summer meteor shower too. Will definitely come back in the future.”

“The setting is beautiful. The house is quirky and charming. Decor really leans into the rustic. I think we were the second or third visitors to the property and they were still working out a few things, but would definitely recommend to a family with older kids. There is only one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the outdoor amenities (fire pit, dock, lake) are excellent.”

“Wonderful location. Short walk to downtown. Stayed with our son and his family. Grandkids, 18 months and 3 1/2. Fenced in patio very nice. Tv room on both floors was good for family and adult time. Home furnishings very nice and child friendly. We moved a few items out of reach of the little ones. Ate most meals out but kitchen and dinning area were well equipped and spacious. Screened in porch was enjoyed by all. Would stay again! ”

“This is a cute, clean, well-stocked, comfortable cottage. The owners were very accommodating, even letting us know the cottage was available a bit early the day of arrival. We brought a tether for our dog only to find they already have one available near the deck. The cottage is close to town which is very convenient, but the road can be busy which is why I gave 4 stars to location. I would definitely stay here again! ”
