“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. “Booked the room for my sister. I am out of the country. Room was paid in full in advance. They would not let her check in without a credit card. I talked to the hotel and offered to give them my credit card info over the phone. They refused. After 20 minutes of arguing and threatening to let Expedia know they refused to honor the reservation they capitulated but at that point they were acting like that was their suggestion and I was being uncooperative. Immature, petty and incomparable.”

“The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. As we got ready at 5 am we had to keep the hall door open to at least get some cooler air in the room. This was not due to outside being hot/humid. The high during the day was in the 70’s.
