“The staff at this hotel was excellent and very hospitable and was the highlight of my experience staying there. They offered complimentary water bottles at check in and had a message on the TV to welcome us when we got to our room. They were attentive and very nice throughout our stay. The room furniture was really nice looking. The desk proved to be the perfect table for my 2 year old to use her coloring books. “There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!.”
