“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. “I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy.”

“Although we only stopped by for the night, the property was quiet and is located conveniently near the highway. Free breakfast was included and even though there wasn’t much variety it made for a convenient grab-and-go breakfast. Highly recommended for travelers.”

“Clean, best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time only thing the hot tub was out of order but the pool was beautiful even had a little kiddo section. Overall I had a great relaxing weekend and will definitely would go again.”

“We ate breakfast off property it was not included in stay and the “bistro” was average. We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. I also got handed a bottle of conditioner and body wash since ours was out. I did ask the cleaner if she would please put them in the holder for us. Also, Expedia noted there was self parking and Courtyard charged $10 a day. On the positive side the...

“Room was clean. The kitchen was convenient but the microwave was broke and there was only one small pot to cook with. Staff was ok professional but could be more welcoming. Plenty of parking there were no issues with that. The market they have for food and drinks was pretty empty could have had a better selection. ”

“Hotel is dated but not bad. Staff was nice friendly lady at the front counter. Weird smell in the lobby but not too bad. Took the elevator to the second floor where our room was and when the doors opened I was taken back by the suffocating smell of cigarettes and fried chicken. If we stayed two nights I probably would have picked up a can of febreeze and left it for them. Our room wasn’t bad, the couch was taped together and there was still a stale chicken/cigarette smell but it was manageable....
