I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. “The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. “The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep.”
