“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. When you opened the door, there was a nightstand or some type of furniture in front of the door, a milk just on the ground, and other things strewn around the room. There was food on the top of the fridge. I thought the clerk gave us the wrong room. It wasn't. She said she had just come on shift, that there wasn't a maid available, and that there were no other rooms left. We had to scramble to find a different hotel. I had packed a...

“I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

“The shuttle ride and driver was great— very friendly and kind! Outside property needs upkeep and cleaning up. Inside was dirty. My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt. My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness. “This place is poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. We booked our travel in February for 2 days. It reaked of weed and looked like nothing had been cleaned in both of our rooms. There was bugs,torn and stained carpet,holes in the walls. Don't stay here.”

“Very clean room. The staff was 100 percent! The kitchen area was fantastic even extra special to be able to get a coffee maker with coffee filters. I would of liked more of an assortment of items with the breakfast buffet daily and individual coffee creamers not only at breakfast time but be able to get the whole day. Otherwise it was a good couple of days staying there!”
