“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. “It was convenient to downtown (10 miles) ( we were going to a concert at Rocket arena) and it was a suite for a very reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again when in the Cleveland area.”

“The first room I was assigned was slightly dirty. However, when I talked to the person at the front desk (Chelsea), she changed my room without hesitation and provided a better option that suited me. Chelsea was absolutely so professional and friendly. She truly made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again. The customer service is what truly made me enjoy my experience. ”

“Given what I paid for the room, it met my expectations. What was exceptional was Zalla, the receptionist. She was pleasant, helpful, efficient and personable. There are similar hotels in the area with similar prices, but it would be Zalla who brings me back to this hotel.”
