“First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot. NEVER, in any hotel that I've stayed in have I had a room that was surrounded by rooms that were being renovated or been having construction going on. Didn't see any other guests on my floor. Heard lots of banging. Saw lots of carts with tools and paint buckets & the such in the halls. I appreciate the fact that this location is getting a face lift. It needs it.
