Cute two-bedroom upstairs rental unit with a small living area, centrally located within the heart of downtown Bayfield, close to all restaurants, shops, the beaches and the ferry line. NOTE: This property DOES NOT have a kitchen; it has a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. It is ideal for small groups who mostly want to be out exploring and who will eat out or be fine with bringing food back to microwave and eat. We DO NOT SUPPLY EATING UTENSILS OR PLATES.

Guests will have the full upstairs unit to themselves. It consists of a small living room, one full bath and two large bedrooms, each with its own full/queen bed and freestanding wardrobe. The bedrooms are spacious, but the living area is tiny and would fit 4 snugly. THERE IS NO KITCHEN. We want to stress that this rental unit is ideal for groups who mostly plan activities outdoors and come back to wind down before bedtime.

The downstairs is its own separate rental unit. As sound travels easily through the walls, we ask that all guests observe indoor voices and light feet. **Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM**

**We have a strict “no outdoor shoes inside” policy. The flooring is hard maple throughout with area rugs for comfort. Please consider bringing your own indoor slippers or nonskid socks for your stay.**

**Bedrooms: The two spacious bedrooms each have a freestanding wardrobe.

**Full bath: There is one full bath with shower over tub. Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

**Coffee: There is a Mr. Coffee 8-cup coffee maker with mugs. Folgers coffee is supplied.

**Roku TV: There is a 40" Roku TV in the living room.

**There is a mini fridge and microwave present. Please note there are NO PLATES OR UTENSILS available. Dawn dish soap and a small bottle cleaner are provided for washing coffee mugs.
