We made the reservation, the VRBO showed the days we needed were available, so I booked the days needed, 4 nights. Paid in full, VRBO charged my card. Done.. Waiting for a reply to get keys or instructions to enter. I messaged 3 times with no response. At 10:30 the day before we were to arrive I get a message, REFUND in process. No explanation. I message the owner AGAIN, now she replays the condo was booked, yet it's still available on site. She states that VRBO was instructed to notify her if someone wanted to rent. I never heard such a thing. I use to list a faction rental on VRBO and they dont have a policy like that. She insisted it was either her assistant didnt tell her or it was VRBO's fault. She only refunded a portion of my money. She kept cleaning fee, VRBO fee and sales tax. This lady is a fraud. DON'T TRY TO RENT THIS PLACE. I'm not the first one this happen to at this property. I would had given this properties ZERO'S if there was that choice.
