“The staff is friendly inspire of the repeated asks from other guests
.e.g. ppl returning from a concert that weekend forgetting keys / remaking them etc. I returned late myself and had no parking spot available..but the person at the front desk opened up a staff spot for me! It's a safe place for sure and the nearby stores and restaurants are a plus.”

“This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...
