“Clean rooms. On the smaller side, so one full room barely comfortably seats 4 ppl. the pool was nice. the staff was very nice. comes with an outdoor seating area and a grill and a fire pit.”

“The breakers was amazing! We stayed in the presidential suite and it was EVERYTHING!!! It was perfect for us and our baby. We had water views and were situated close to the pool. The room was decorated so cute and it was cozy. The mattress was comfortable also. Will deff be back!!”

“Inn pulito e comodo, di fronte alla spiaggia e alla piazzetta centrale di Montauk. Camera grande con idromassaggio e due bagni, confortevole e ben arredata. Consigliato anche e soprattutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, tutti abbastanza cari in zona.”

“Abbiamo passato una notte allucinante con gente (pescatori?) che veniva in continuazione a prendere ghiaccio dal distributore posizionato a pochi metri dalla nostra camera e con la televisione posizionata nel retro della reception accesa tutta la notte. Scarsa pulizia in camera. In loco c’è sicuramente di meglio e a prezzi anche più bassi.”

“Beach was beautiful and so was the view once the fog cleared. Staff was friendly. We liked the proximity to downtown. Breakfast was mediocre, would have liked a protein( hard boiled eggs or something comparable. ”

“Location was great, but the bed in room 7 was the worst I ever slept in! The minute we sat down, it sunk so low. I actually had to sleep where your feet go because the bed on that side was a little bit firmer. Another thing, there is an 8in step or drop to the bathroom which I never experienced before. This place has no elevator, so I do not recommend this room which was on the top floor to an elderly person.”

“The room and balcony were both clean and spacious. No major complaints - just that blackout curtains don't exist on the larger windows, which can be an acquired taste for some. We went over Memorial Day weekend, which is typically the onset of beach season, and had wanted to use the beach passes they advertise as part of the resort amenities, to park at various local beaches for our strolls. But at check-in, they said they had not ordered them yet for the 2026 season, so that was a letdown....

“Stayed for two nights. At arrival I contacted the landlord as informed on the welcoming mail regarding a locked safe - still haven’t heard from them. Very cold bathroom floor, incredibly noisy AC and fridge. Not even a glass in either the room nor bathroom. Top it up properly a room on the second floor with very small steps and an almost 45 degree angel. Will not recommend to anyone and will never return…”

“stanza ampia e piacevolmente arredata, ottima pulizia. Personale cortese al check in (avevamo avvisato e ci hanno atteso fino a sera inoltrata) e check out rapidissimo (abbiamo lasciato le chiavi nel box). Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si raggiunge in 1 minuto la spiaggia a piedi. Parcheggio riservato che penso in stagione sia molto utile. In realtà la proprietà comprende anche The Ocean Resort Inn che è subito davanti.”
