Hotel a Beallsville

“So we unfortunately stayed when a storm had hit and there was no power at the hotel and therefore we couldn't use the amenities. The third shift guy Michael was very helpful taking us to our room via flashlight and getting us what we needed. They also had provided breakfast via donuts, bagels, juice, etc and McCafe coffee so we were still happy with our stay, especially under the circumstances out of their control.”

“We’re on a 3000 mile car trip staying at Hilton Garden Inns along the route. Stay was fine, however our evening meal and drinks were more highly priced (30%!!) than others we visited.”

“I had quite a long stay and all was good. The hotel is not luxurious but it’s clean and the staff is GREAT. Always in a good mood and available. Would stay there again for sure. ”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! “Elevator was down. very pretty hotel but I payed early to check in early then the power went off 2-3 hours after being there and I was told a refund was not available. I understand not being able to control electricity but I still would have liked at least a partial refund because I was not staying in a hot hotel overnight with no electricity.”

“Check in process was easy however once in our room our experience is as followed. Our counter tops were covered in sticky substance, someone else’s belongings were on shelves, pubic hair in shower, shower curtain stained, cabinets wouldn’t shut, toilet leaked, some sort of blood/mud colored substance on the floor in bathroom. We attempted to call regarding the toilet and the phone wouldn’t work. Went down to front desk and they offered to adjusted our room location. Once in our new room, our AC...

“It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all.”
