“AC in my room was super loud, woke me up a couple of times when it cut on. Other than that everything else went well”

“La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”

“Tammi at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and really cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help my husband and I out when we had an issue with the guest in the room below us. Great location. Highly recommend.”

“Clean. Breakfast limited. Coffee wasn’t great. But for the price definitely a good place to stay if you’re not too picky. ”

“Room wasn’t that clean, the sink didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, the coffee in the morning was from the day before… I didn’t eat the breakfast because they didn’t serve it until 7 am. The staff was friendly though. Poor management maybe. ”

“We always love staying at The Westin At The Woodlands! We were in town for the Dave Matthew’s Band concert and it was so nice to walk along the water to and from the venue. We had a double queen room on the 7th floor and we never heard any other people while inside our room. One thing I would like to see improved however is the water pressure..”
