“I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. “The room was clean, but the air conditioner in the room was really noisy and even when we turned it down it would not cycle off. We had to shut it off completly and then when the room got hot turn it back on. the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a high whine that was very loud. The toliet would not flush and was clogged most of our visit. The desk chair snapped while I was doing work and I landed on the floor hitting my head. “very good area n friendly worker ”

“The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”
