“Kindness The staff was so helpful and kind. People always say this but they are genuinely kind and thoughtful. Our room and our view was amazing. The pools are the perfect temperature. Many of the guests gathered at the end of the day in the jacuzzi to share what we did that day. It was so nice. The front desk scheduled our flights on Maya air, transportation as well as excursions in advance. Everything was seemless. We will be coming back.”

“The most beautiful and relaxing resort in San Pedro! The grounds are gorgeous, rooms clean and comfy, staff is very nice, helpful, fun, and accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport by golfcart. We enjoyed the pool, rented our own golf cart for the week, ate at Pineapples several times - all were amazing! Although we got a golf cart to explore all of Ambergris Caye, we could have walked most places from Ramon's fantastic location. The wind pattern had caused a ton...

Loved the bar and restaurant which was overlooking the river. We had several day trips and the resort coordinated for us. Pool area was nice after a long day of touring. ”
