“Cleanliness in my room was terrible. There was literal blood stains on the mattress cover and bed sheet. The couch in the room also had stains on it like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Informed the front desk attendant and he tried to accommodate me into another room and upon checking the bed in that room there were hairs on bed and pillows. “The biggest issue was that the room looked nothing like the photos used to advertise it. This was not a minor difference in layout. The unit we received was completely different and far less appealing, and I would not have booked it had the actual room been shown. I was told it was an accessible room, which was not a problem, but accessibility does not explain the major difference between the listing photos and the room provided.
