“The room was beautiful!! It’s recently been done apparently, and there was a lovely hamper and fridge with food and drinks included. The only issue was the shower wasn’t amazing and was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise staff super lovely to and great pub! Highley recommend - Lauren ”

“We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna. “L'albergo è uno che usiamo sempre quando arriviamo in gran bretagna, ed anche prima di partire verso casa. Quest'anno siamo stati accolti caldamente dalla Signora Brown e, vista la disabilità di mia moglie, abbiamo avuto una stanza al piano terreno. Nessun lamentela. Ritornando, l'addetto al reception, Linda, ci ha accolta con un sorriso e non poteva fare abastanza per noi. L'unico problema di cui possiamo lamentare è stato l'odore di "chiuso" in entrambi i casi. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful.
