Centrally located in Sunriver near Fort Rock Park, this thoughtfully laid-out retreat easily accommodates large or multiple families. The house itself sits on a large .27 acre lot with multiple decks. The peacefulness of this setting is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinners on the deck.
A living room plus sitting area offers plenty of room for socializing with comfortable seating. The fully-stocked kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare delicious meals. Gather your group around the large dining table, which seats 12.
Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with King bed and full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and a full guest bathroom in the hall. Aside from the portable AC units available in the summer for both rooms, there is an installed AC in this area.
Head downstairs for another King bedroom with full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, the bunk bedroom with a twin-over-queen pyramid bunk plus twin trundle, and bedroom 5 with a Queen bed, plus a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The spacious hot tub on the mid-level deck provides a perfect opportunity to relax under the stars after an active day. Enjoy a ride along the miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver on one of the adult bikes provided with this home.
Two portable air conditioners are available for the warmer months.
