Hotel a Bentley

“Nice and clean hotel in a small quiet town (which was exactly what we were looking for). The staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!”

“The rooms were nice but you could hear the guests in the room above us and the elevator sounded like it was gonna die. There was construction all around the hotel and entry to the hotel was convoluted. My spouse said the bed was uncomfortable, I did not experience that but the breakfast was super minimal, this may be the lack of guests during the weekdays.”

“Picked this place specifically for the water park. Called ahead to confirm the dates/times it was open. Let’s just say, we had some very sad kids.”

“Some how our stay was booked for one less day than we thought. The owner/manger jacked up the price for that last day. They said there were events going on in Wichita and they would be busy . The parking lot was half full. They lied to get around 2/3s more for that day. The food was cold. The gravy was just bad ( I love gravy) I was disappointed. Our Rome smelled. .”

“When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

“Such a clean, quiet, safe and convenient spot. The couple that owns the hotel are very friendly and accommodating and do a great job maintaining the older property quite well. Great price! Quick refund of deposit!”

“Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.”

“Quite a beautiful property and the rooms were amazing”

“It’s old and abused, probably used for homeless, we needed a place to stay for one night and we were glad to find it. Our accommodations were cancelled without notice and most of the hotels were full up, making finding a place difficult. The ones we did find available, right next door prices on internet did not match the exuberant amount they were demanding. Howard Johnson’s was reasonably clean, there was a bed which sufficed. I do not regret staying there, it was quiet and I slept well...

“We always stay here when we visit family in Wichita. Pet-friendly and a beautiful walking path and park right behind the hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast is very good, and rooms are clean and modern. Very close to shopping, restaurants and staff is very accomodating and friendly.”

“Bed was terrible, ceiling peeling in multi places in room. Carpet was sticky in room and hallways, Ice maker was down, Elevator and vending was down. I mean the customer service was good, place just needs major overhaul of rooms and amenities. They just changed management which is understandable to a certain extent. Overall a one night stay was ok but for short or extended stays no thanks.”
