“The overall stay was excellent as always, but we did have one issue. The room TV did not work. When we told the front desk a few minutes after checking in the response was that they would schedule a service technician to come out first thing in the morning. When we asked if we could get another room we got told no because the rooms were all sold out. Then when the service technician came out the next morning he was not able to fix the problem, so the front desk did give us another room. I...
