“Our stay started off rocky, as the air condition needed freon and the house was in the 80s when we walked in the door. However, Staci responded immediately and brought over a portal A/C unit and a few more fans, to try to keep us comfortable until the A/C repairman could get there. 9:00 the next morning (on a Saturday) the repairman was there and took care of the problem.
