Hotel vicino a Bergy Bandroom - Melbourne

“Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room”

“the hotel is located 3km from the city center and outside the free tram zone. the tram stop is anyway just across the road and bikes can be rented. the personnel at the reception is extremely kind and always ready to help, really outstanding. i like the atmosphere of this hotel which looks like an informal art gallery where the guests are invited to express their artistic side. the room is clean always with nice artistic touches. our room didn' have a pleasant view, just the offices very very...

“Lo consiglio bel alloggio personale molto gentile e disponibile ”

“It was ok but by no means the quality I would have expected. The room was cold and I had to ask for a heater. The first 2 were broken so they gave me their personal heater. That worked well. It was loud there. The piano they played was extra loud, the divide between the rooms was thin so I could hear everything from the room next to me and the people outside my window were loud. The bed rolled around easily so I had to be careful not to bump it much when getting into it. The bed itself was...

“La posizione è buona e il personale alla reception gentile e disponibile. La camera era comoda e spaziosa, cosa che non si può dire del lavandino in bagno che era minuscolo al punto da faticare a lavarsi la faccia. Abbiamo fatto colazione ma non è chiaro come è uscito il totale, tra l'altro abbastanza alto, visto che abbiamo preso due cose identiche e abbiamo trovato in fattura due voci diverse.”

“Great staff. Great location. Great facilities. Safe and quiet”

“Soggiorno piacevole durante un viaggio di lavoro. Vicino al centro e facilmente raggiungibile. Pulito e ben tenuto. Reception attiva 24/7 molto comodo. Personale gentile. La vista era su un cortile interno ma da un angolo del terrazzo potevo vedere il CBD. In generale buon soggiorno.”

“The staff were very helpful. I mainly dealt with Owen and he was very helpful. I would recommend to family and friends.”

“The property needs to pay more attention to details. The lobbies are mostly dirty.”

“Great Hotel close to the University of Melbourne. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in Melbourne!”

“la struttura è valida per un soggiorno anche di più giorni essendo fornita di lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. è posto nel quartiere italiano che è prossimo al centro e vicinissimo al museo di melbourne”

“Nice place and friendly staff. Enjoyed the short walk to the Melbourne Museum. And Melbourne was colder than people had led me to expect, so pack warm layers.”

“I opted for this hotel as prices in town had spiked up. The reality is quite far from what you see on internet. It is a decent place but could improve on cleanliness (carpeted floor is below acceptable, especially if you have a dust allergy - I suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner as a starting step). Staff is nice and most helpful. The area offers quite a different take on greater Melbourne.”

“Pictures and location on Expedia wasnt the same. Dirty bathroom, mould on shower grout, dirty microwave and our fan bathroom didn't work.,1 received continental breakfast the first morning and we stayed 2 night with 2 people 🤔.. Court yard was disgusting, no Chiars not tables available, no cigarette bin. Rooms are outdated, plus we found our remote control for the heat pump / air conditioner under the bed with a missing battery. Couldn't 'swing a cat' in the room (as the saying goes) ....

“Clean, nice unit. Unfortunately there was no plug to either have a bath or wash dishes in the sink. Also when having a shower the water also runs from the bath tap, couldn’t work out how to fix this. The complex was very secure.”

“Fantastic location, simple rooms, easy check in, exactly what it looks like. Great place to stay and check out Fitzroy on a budget.”
