“the hotel is located 3km from the city center and outside the free tram zone. the tram stop is anyway just across the road and bikes can be rented. the personnel at the reception is extremely kind and always ready to help, really outstanding. i like the atmosphere of this hotel which looks like an informal art gallery where the guests are invited to express their artistic side. the room is clean always with nice artistic touches. our room didn' have a pleasant view, just the offices very very...

“Good location. Quiet Street. A lift then a small flight of stairs. We stayed in a studio apartment. Heating was good bed was good. the kitchen had stove fridge kettle toaster but lacked simple utensils like tongs & lids for the saucepan. The bathroom was clean but again there was nowhere to put toiletries except the floor of the shower,So with a few additions I would give 5/5 Also would stay there again for sure. Staff lovely”

“I opted for this hotel as prices in town had spiked up. The reality is quite far from what you see on internet. It is a decent place but could improve on cleanliness (carpeted floor is below acceptable, especially if you have a dust allergy - I suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner as a starting step). Staff is nice and most helpful. The area offers quite a different take on greater Melbourne.”

“Very nice and modern room, great in all areas of; cleanliness, bed, water pressure, wifi air conditioning and staff. In particular great location surrounded by parks. Zoo is just a 10 minute walk also Brunswick shops are very interesting also just a 10 minute walk away.”

“Clean. Tidy. Staff were amazing. Breakfast delicious. Underground parking not operating so had to self park off site. Not ideal but we were only staying 1 night so not much luggage. Would stay again.”
